Field Notes is where we publish the measurements. Every entry is a real prompt run from a clean session across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews, with the answer logged verbatim and screenshotted. Some entries are before-and-after records from client work. Some are market-wide studies. All of them show which firms got named, which directories took the citation, and what changed in the content structure to move it.
